    A: No. You can checkout as a guest and simply input all your billing and delivery information. However, we encourage you to register and save time on your next purchase.
  • Q: Does Taramay ship internationally?
    A: Yes, we ship to over 250 global destinations. International shipping sometimes includes additional duties and taxes that may be levied when your shipment has reached your destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the exact amount of such charges at the time of placing your order as they vary widely between states and countries.
  • Q: How can I find my shoe size?
    A: Taramay shoes are marked in European sizes, please check the SIZE CHART link to know your size. For a more individualized consultation, refer to the FIND THE RIGHT SIZE page.
  • Q: The size I want is sold out. Will you restock? If so, can you notify me when it becomes available?
    A: We largely do limited numbers per style but sometimes we renew popular styles. Please email us at care@taramaydesign.com mentioning your size and style requirements and we will get back to you on availability and timeframe.

  • Q: Does Taramay ship to multiple addresses?
    A: You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  • Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    A: We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
